This price list shows just some of the cuts we can supply, but if there is anything else you need please ask.  You’ll find serving/cooking suggestions against some of the cuts of meat.
We also sell cold meats and ready prepared pies.

Home Delivery
To cut down on the number of ‘meat miles’ and do our bit for the environment we plan to make our home deliveries on Thursdays.  Deliveries are made in our refrigerated van and most cuts will be vacuum packed to keep them fresher for longer and so they can be easily frozen.

  Our Rose veal is sourced from Cleavers Farm near Heathfield. Rose Veal is from humanely reared calves that are given space to roam – the veal-crate system was banned in the UK but is still used in Europe.
